Certain modules can only be added to certain zones.
"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!

you really want to get me started? i'm for minimal possible government interference... i say leave the education up to the parents-they're the ones who are supposed to be educating their kids. then, if they choose to enroll their students, then okay. also, i don't believe in speed limits or taxes at all. people will donate to what they are for.
